Apeiro processes personal information for the following purposes. The procedures and methods for destruction of personal information are as follows:

• Destruction Procedure: We select personal information for which destruction reasons have occurred and destroy it after approval from our privacy officer.
• Destruction Method: For information in electronic file format, we use technical methods that make the records irreproducible.

5. Requests for correction and deletion of personal information may not be made if the personal information is required to be collected under other laws.
6. We verify the identity of the person making requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing to ensure they are the data subject or a legitimate representative.

 

We take the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.

1. Establishment and implementation of internal management plans: We establish and implement internal management plans for the safe processing of personal information.
2. Access restrictions to personal information: We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, changing, and revoking access rights to database systems that process personal information, and we use intrusion prevention systems to control unauthorized access from outside.
